Today we are proud to welcome Chiara Montanari to our company as our new Complexity Management Advisor. We are really proud of this arrival!
Having graduated in engineering, with many years of experience in the organization and in the management of polar missions, Chiara Montanari is Antarctic Expedition Leader, Interface manager of the astronomical project Cta (Cherenkov telescope array), coach and consultant in the field of sustainable innovation. From today she will also be Complexity Management Advisor of our team, helping us in the management and development of analytic translation and project management processes.

Chiara is an expert in managing uncertainty, risk and complexity. Thanks to her professional adventures conducted in the most remote and extreme places on earth, at the head of multidisciplinary teams, from different cultures and backgrounds, Chiara has developed a true aptitude for resilience, which has allowed her to enjoy numerous successful achievements.
In 2014, she had the honor of receiving the Ambrogino d'oro, for her commitment to innovation and technological transfer. She loves to define herself as a "life explorer", passionate about travel. In 2015 she published (Mondadori) the book “Cronache dai ghiacci” on the last expedition on the Antarctic Plateau, in which she proposes the vision of extreme environment as a metaphor for the contemporary world, a fascinating but mysterious place, characterized by high complexity, risk, and uncertainty, or by new opportunities, ready to be discovered and explored.
